Items have a warranty of one year; during which time Santa Barbara will either fix the piece or replace it.
In the case of furniture being returned for a refund, the delivery & pick-up charges will be paid for by the customer.

• Santa Barbara does not accept personal cheques.
  
• We will gladly refund your items within 7 days or
  exchange within 30 days of purchase if:
  
  1. You present a sales receipt.
     
  2. Merchandise is still in good condition.
  
  
• We are not responsible for breakage or damage of
  goods through normal use after the sale.
